A Design/Builder is the amalgamation of a designer/architect and a general contractor creating a project delivery system with one single point of contact between the owner and his project. Using a Design/Builder will reduce the project delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project.

General Contracting
As a General Contractor we will provide a bid for work to be done as per drawings prepared by an architect. We will consider the cost of all materials and equipment as well as the cost of labour and provide this to the owner with an approximate price for the project. We will hire all specialized subcontractors and employ all human resources necessary to perform all or portions of the construction work.
